Visits and transfers
We believe visitors have become more attentive and aware of their interests. They are more discerning and require higher quality of information and more than the simple words of the guide, although he or she is well informed and engaging.
Simple services such as transfers can become pleasant and enriching thanks to an adequate documentation and the use of new technologies; movies and musics offer the occasion to present the area, provide information and propose activities.

Project “Happycap COURTESY”: creation and organisation of a network of tourism offer in Turin, with specific attention to the Disabled and the Elderly..
|
This project originated from the wish to give new life to the little squares and streets of Turin city centre. This need was especially felt during the summer and was implemented thanks to the synergy between the local administration (department for the environmental and architectural heritage) and private businesses (intended also as commercial activities such as cafés, restaurants and shops). Our tours include some specifically designed areas for moments of relax, rest or shopping. A fundamental feature for the project to be effective is the implication and integration of the different subjects involved through a feasibility plan. This allows to identify the first experimental areas where to operate with defined targets and deadlines. Turin population has resumed going for a walk in the city centre, especially during the summer months. Resting areas have been upgraded starting from the peculiar needs of people with disabilities, because this means creating areas enjoyable for everybody.
> Custom made tours create a connection between the different areas (it is necessary to extend and update already prepared and available itineraries).
> A map of the city centre points out many parking-lots reserved for Disabled (excluding those allotted to privates), services and shops involved.
> The informative forms explain the itinerary from an historical-artistic point of view and give useful information about itineraries for both visitors and resident Disabled (physiotherapy centres, consulting rooms, but also swimming pools, clubs and community centres in the neighbourhood and shops).
> A little decal is used both as a warning signal and as a gesture of warm welcome providing information about the shops and services involved.
> Vouchers – Gifts to be agreed with shopkeepers of the different areas, to attract visitors to shop.
